"Property.kz" is a full-color magazine about property for proprietors wishing to fairly know about real estate, cars, construction, services/goods providers, comfort items, luxury, leisure and holidays. All about property - from pen to islands!
The first edition of magazine came to life in July 2007. Project idea belongs to Ablaykhan Samatdin, President of Financial and Industrial Holding Company "Parasat Group" consisting of 15 steadily developing companies.
What is juicy in the magazine - is it's bright, creatively different tabloid format - 26 cm х 33 cm, which in less than no time draws readers' attention. The wordage of this colorful, highly decorated and full color edition is 84 pages. Frequency of issue is 1 time per 2 months with circulation of 10 000 copies.

"Property.kz" works in close cooperation with United Association of Realtors of Kazakhstan (UARK) in terms of publishing materials on real estate, brokers activity and construction.
UARK has been established in March 19, 2009 as a result of consolidation of two associations such as Association of Realtors of Kazakhstan and National Association of Realtors. 7 years before consolidation these two biggest Kazakhstani associations represented interests of professionals acting at effectively developing real estate market of Kazakhstan and playing a big role in improvement of real estate brokers' activity, activization of cooperation between real estate agencies by coming forward with initiatives in terms of legislation.
Main purpose of establishing of United Association of Realtors of Kazakhstan of development of civilized real estate market based on development of legislative and regulatory framework and introduction of professional standards system for its participants; utilization of their own infrastructure to protect common property interest and satisfy non-material needs of association members; improvement of professional skills, scientific and technological and social development.
